1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings require valid payment details.

  • Special requests (dietary, room preferences) are not guaranteed but we’ll endeavor to fulfill them.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Hotels/Apartments: Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior; late cancellations incur charges.
  • Events/Catering: Non-refundable deposit required; balance refunds vary by package.
  • Transport: 24-hour notice for cancellations.

3. Payments

  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
  • Foreign currency payments may attract conversion fees.

4. Service Terms

  • Check-in/out: Standard timings (e.g., 12 PM checkout); early/late requests subject to availability.
  • Damages: Guests are liable for any property damage caused during their stay/event.
  • Conduct: Disorderly behavior may result in service termination without refund.

5. Liability Limitations

  • We’re not liable for:
    • Third-party service failures (e.g., transport delays).
    • Loss/theft of personal belongings.
    • Events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logos, text) is owned by Antra Hospitality and protected under copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Ahmedabad judicial.
